Ingredients:

  • 3 large tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 lb fresh mozarella
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
  • good quality balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • *crusty bread toast points or flatbread-optional

Instructions:

  1. slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange in a spiral in a dish or bowl. drizzle with Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil, balsamic vinegar, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. top with pistachios and basil and serve immediately.
