Ingredients:
- 1 beef chuck roast
- 2/3 jar of Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic, with juice
- 1/3 cup Hog’s Ass Barbeque Sauce
- Black pepper
- Coriander
Directions:
- Season roast well with black pepper and coriander,
- Brown roast well on all sides.
- Add Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic and Hog’s Ass Barbeque Sauce and cook according to any pot roast directions
