Wow! Great to do on the grill before the entreé is done, while your guests are wandering over to the grill to see how everything’s coming! The bacon sizzles and the Robert Rothschild Blackberry Chipotle Oven Grill Sauce tantalizes!
Ingredients:
- 6 large green jalapeño peppers
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 /3 cup Robert Rothschild Blackberry Chipotle Oven Grill Sauce
- 6 slices bacon
Preparation:
Heat grill Cut washed peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Mix cream cheese and Robert Rothschild Blackberry Chipotle Oven Grill Sauce together (may need more or less raspberry chipotle, to taste). Fill pepper halves with cream cheese and raspberry chipotle mixture. Wrap bacon slices around stuffed peppers; secure with toothpick. Grill until bacon is done, 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness of bacon.
