Ingredients:

  • 1 cup firm, ripe papaya, finely chopped
  • 1 cup firm, ripe avocado, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweet green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup firm, ripe tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups best quality tomato juice
  • 3 cups best quality pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Busha Browne Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper taste

Instructions:

Combine all the finely chopped ingredients in a glass bowl and chill for several hours. Serve icy cold in pre-chilled earthenware bowls garnished with a few freshly ground papaya seeds, a sprig of cilantro or young celery tops.
