Have you ever tasted a hot sauce with bananas in it? Just like Key West itself, this sauce is sweet with a little bit of heat. Fresh, ripe bananas supply the main flavor, with honey, raisins, tamarinds, Chipotle peppers, and just a touch of habanero for good measure, making Goin' Bananas the perfect compliment to any pork dish. Our favorite use: about halfway through grilling thick cut pork chops (when they're good & sizzlin'), add a bit of this on and let it caramelize just a touch. As a gourmet flourish, top your chops with some sauteed onions before serving - you'll be the envy of the neighborhood!
