Pina Colada Guacamole
Ingredients:
2 large avocados, mashed
1/2 cup pineapple, diced (optionally grilled)
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoon rum (or 1 teaspoon rum extract) (optional)
2 tablespoon Peppers of Key West Serrano Hot Sauce
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
