Fresh, ripe bananas supply the main flavor, with honey, raisins, tamarinds, Chipotle peppers, and just a touch of habanero for good measure, making Goin' Bananas the perfect compliment to any pork dish. Our favorite use: about halfway through grilling thick cut pork chops (when they're good & sizzlin'), add a bit of this on and let it caramelize just a touch.
