Mild is the second step of the Peppers of Key West Hot Sauce Heat Ratings. I have personally tasted all of the products we carry and rated each one to give you the most accurate Hot Sauce Heat Rating possible. Mild Sauce ratings are from 1 to 3.9. Sauces closer to 1 will be very mild, just a touch of heat. Sauces closer to 3.9 will have a bit of a bite, but nothing that will send you running to the fridge for a gallon of milk.
