Hot & Heavy Peach Sauce is a unique take on grilling that falls somewhere between barbeque sauce and baby food. *Insert joke here, right?* Really, though, the only similarity to baby food is the freshly pureed peaches that make up the base of this sauce - from there, the tomatoes, garlic, molasses, and habaneros take over, with a pinch of black pepper for good measure. Hot & Heavy is one of our favorites for grilled pork chops - the heat from the grill carmelizes the sugars in the peaches, which set off a chain reaction in the tomatoes, culminating in your tongue doing a little jig of happiness and satisfaction.
