Weapons Grade is the fifth and final step of the Peppers of Key West Hot Sauce Heat Ratings. As Dante said, "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here." I have NOT personally tasted all of these out of a need for self preservation, but let me assure you they are really, really damn hot! Weapons Grade Hot Sauce ratings are from 9.1 to 10. Sauces closer to 9.1 will be..... oh hell, it doesn't matter when you get this hot. Look, these are hot, some are so hot they're better off just being a part of your collection. Sweet and Tangy = 0 to .9 Mild = 1 to 3.9 Hot = 4 to 6.9 Extreme = 7 to 9 Weapons Grade = 9.1 to 10
