Salsa De Chile Habanero Hot Sauce is a sauce for the purists, there's nothing more to this sauce than Habanero Peppers, Carrots, Garlic, Onions, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Salt. That's it, pure, simple, and absolutely delicious. It's a hot sauce, for sure, coming in at a 4 out of 10 on the heat level scale it is not for the casual hot sauce taster. That said, if you add a few drops to a larger dish, you'll get a nice habanero flavor that won't overpower everything else in your cooking. If you love habanero peppers, you'll instantly appreciate the deep red color of this sauce and the lack of artificial ingredients that tend to mask the real flavor of the underlying ingredients.
We've heard people say, "whats the difference between all of these hot sauces that have pretty much the same ingredients." Valid question. There are a few things. Perhaps most obviously is the proportions of ingredients. If you've ever tried to make your own hot sauce then you have definitely had a few failures where the sauce just tastes really bad. Different sauce makers proportion their ingredients differently and the results are different tasting sauces. Next, peppers, habanero in this case, come in so many forms and varieties. Peppers grown in different parts of the world and in different environmental conditions take on a different taste. You could make a sauce with habaero's from California and it would taste completely different than one made with peppers from the islands. Salsa De Chile uses great peppers and mixes there sauce very well to make a hot sauce that will light you up with heat and flavor.
