Rhino Extra Hot Peri Peri Hot Sauce is actually a relatively mild sauce, but it's the hottest of the African Rhino Peri-Peri Hot Sauces. If you haven't tried a Peri-Peri pepper sauce yet, you have to. Grown in Africa, the Peri-Peri pepper has a unique flavor that is rich and almost buttery. Peri-Peri peppers go by a few variations of the name with Peri-Peri being the most common outside of Africa. If you were in Africa, you might here it referred to as Pili-Pili or Piri-Piri, but it's all the same pepper and no matter what it's called, it's a delicious variety. African Rhino Peri-Peri hot sauces lend well to almost any dish, especially dishes that are on the lighter side of savory. Here at Peppers, we love this hot sauce on shrimp,scallops, and used as a salad dressing (lightly coated). Believe it or not, it actually makes an amazing stir fry too.
