We had visited Key West in Sept 2012 and stumbled onto PoKW.  Looking for a bottle of something that said Key West or Florida on the bottle for our neighbor.  Got a bottle of Hot Suace No. 1.  A week after giving it to him, we were over visiting and he was fixing some snacks and had some of this sauce on the side.  It was the last of the bottle we gave him.  He loved it !  We loved it as well.  Not to hot and good garlic flavor.  I have since ordered more online for him and us.  Very good stuff.
