We are an actual hot sauce store, with an actual location that customers can walk into and shop. Many hot sauce stores are internet only, just shipping from a warehouse, garage, or basement. Because we are an actual store, our staff helps people find the perfect hot sauces everyday. We taste all of our sauces, eat them everyday, and enjoy sharing them with others. We don't have a customer service department where people sit at a desk and pretend to know hot sauces.

We carry over 900 sauces and products and ship them directly from our store. Many smaller hot sauce stores use drop shippers and don't actually stock any product at all. When you order, they send you order to someone else who fulfills it. All of our products are in the store and packed by us so you get what you ordered and if there are any problems, there's no hot sauce middleman- we fix it for you ourselves.

Because we're an actual store and an online store, our inventory cycles rather quickly so you always get fresh products and great quality hot sauces.
