Lee's Sweet Insane Mustard is a winner at the Fiery Food Challenge and is a bonefide crowd-pleaser. If you don't believe us, just try just a dollop of this multi-pepper (habanero, cayenne, jalapeno) mustard over baked chicken or set it out as a dipping sauce at your next dinner party with a big platter of pigs-in-a-blanket. It will be gone faster than you can tell someone that pigs in a blanket are actually pigs, but aren't actually in blankets. There is some serious heat in this jar. Not only do you get the nasally burning sensation associated with a nice spicy mustard, you get the throat and mouth burn of habanero peppers. Really, how much more could you ask for?

As mustard lovers, Lee's is top of the line. This "Insane" version is the hotter version of his "Sweet Hot" mustard and can probably seem a little insane to the unaccustomed pepper eater. It's funny, but there is definitely a different heat sensation associated with mustard and we've found that the combination of mustard and hot peppers can have a significant impact on even the most hardened pallet. That's half the fun though.
