Island Grove Caribbean Essence is a tropical blend of spicy seasoning made with fresh key lime and habanero pepper. The folks at Island Grove have really come through in creating an authentic Caribbean spice mix. As many of you already know, we at Peppers of Key West love Caribbean food. It just doesn't get much better than the fresh tastes that live all around us here in Key West. When you're not in Key West, there's no reason why you can't still trick your mouth into believing you are.
There really aren't any dishes that Island Grove Caribbean Essence doesn't elevate to Caribbean status. Be it fish, poultry, meats, or veggies it all just tastes better when it's made with some Caribbean flare. Of course, Key Limes make just about anything better in and of themselves, so when you add the rest of this blend of spices it brings forth images of blue water and sandy beaches.
