Hog's Breath Seasoning hails from the Hog's Breath Saloon down on Front Street here in Key West. For those of you who've never visited us in Key West (and shame on you!) the Hogs Breath Saloon is one of our best bars. They always have great live entertainment and awesome food. They also have an annual bikini contest that is not to be missed!
Hog's Breath Seasoning is the saloon's homemade seasoning, made to their secret recipe. Of course, we know the ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika, but it's the perfect proportions that make it just right. Unleash a bottle of this seasoning, and you can almost smell the hog's breath!
This seasoning must be one of the most versatile products we have in the store. Sprinkle on steak, burgers, veggies, fish, or poultry for a taste to savor. Basically, it works with just about anything. Keep in mind that it's especially mild. If you're happy with that, it's all good. But if you're not, Peppers of Key West can hook you up with some dry pepper spice to heat it up a bit.
