Habanero Hot Sauce
This is one of our favorite Key West sauces. Hog’s Breath Saloon is a stone’s throw from the shop. As a matter of fact we’re known to drop in occasionally after we close.
This particular sauce is a good, tomato based Habanero sauce with a bit of molasses, worcestershire and garlic. We have personally tried it at the Hog’s Raw Bar. We can’t decide if it was better on the oysters or the bloody marys. Guess you’ll have to decide for yourselves.
