Dichicko's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce is the mid-heat offering from Dichicko's in their Peri Peri hot sauce line. There are no other peppers to heat up or flavor this hot sauce, so you get the Peri Peri in all it's glory. Of course, Dichicko's blends up their own ingredients too, but the core of this sauce is the Peri Peri.  If you are a hot sauce connoisseur, it's almost a requirement that you indulge in a Peri Peri based hot sauce. After all, part of the fun is finding new and interesting sauces to try.

The Peri Peri pepper hails from the southern regions of Africa and is known for it's roust flavor. Unlike some it's hotter cousins, the heat is not overpowering, but is rather "snappy" and comes on the tail end of a deep pepper flavor. At Peppers of Key West, we add Dichicko's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce to an awful lot of things, most notably is chili. There's just a very unique flavor that is created by using this hot sauce as an addition to chili for flavoring and even some heat. What better way to try a new pepper sauce than in a big bowl of chili?
