Dave's Adjustable Heat Hot Sauce is a favorite of people here at Peppers. That's because you can change the setting of the bottle to increase or decrease the heat level depending on the mood you are at any given time. That's a pretty cool thing. The first question folks ask about this hot sauce is, "OK, what gives?" It's actually quite simple, but brilliant at the same time. The bottle has two chambers. One is extremely hot and the other is quite mild. The top turns, with a scale and pointer to indicate the level of heat, and controls two little valves. The more you turn it to the hotter side, the more open the valve is on the hot side. If you want a mild sauce, just crank it all the way to the lowest setting. In between at the moment, well, you get the idea. The sauce is water based, so it is pumped out easily.
A favorite here at peppers is to use this sauce on pizza. Maybe its the consistency, but it just makes a perfect pizza hot sauce. This is a one of a kind sauce that we've never seen anywhere else except Dave's. Because it is from Dave's, you know you're not getting some second rate sauce in a cool bottle. You are getting a top quality sauce in a cool bottle that is also very useful.
