Crazy Jerry's Jalapeno Stuffed Olives are the younger and cooler, as in heat level, to Jerry's Habanero Stuffed Olives. If the Habanero Stuffed Olives were the eyes of dragons, these would be the eyes of Komodo's. They are not as hot as the Habanero Stuffed, but are just as tasty. If you're an olive lover, like we are at Peppers of Key West, then these are a more all around use olive than the hotter ones- that is unless you like the heat on everything, which is perfectly okay with us.
There are a lot of great uses for Crazy Jerry's Jalapeno Stuffed Olives. From salads to tapanade, these little guys will add some huge flavor to anything, and a good bit of heat too. I've said this before, but we at Peppers of Key West love hot martini's. Hot in the sense of spice, not warm vodka- that's just not good. We like them really hot, but sometimes we like to take it down a level too just to make sure our taste buds are still functioning as intended. If you've never had one either, you may want to start with Crazy Jerry's Jalapeno Stuffed Olives and then step it up to the Habanero Stuffed after you get your feet, and mouth, wet.
