Crazy Jerry's Biker Trash D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F. Habanero Garlic Hot Sauce is a very flavorful blend of Garlic and Habanero. The acronym "D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F" stands for a statement well know in biker circles and means "Do I Look Like I Give A F@%&." As hot sauce lovers, we often hear, "You're putting hot sauce on that?" Well, "Yes" would certainly be an appropriate response, but "D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F" would be much more impact-full. I think that's where Jerry was going with this. After all, it's my food and it's going in my belly, so I can put whatever I want on it. Right? Right.

Crazy Jerry's Biker Trash D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F. Habanero Garlic Hot Sauce has a respectable heat level, but won't smoke up you're tires like some of his other sauces. This one is really packed full of garlic flavor for those of us who love garlic as much as we love the heat.

Crazy Jerry started with an oyster sauce that a friend of his tasted and wanted to try in his restaurant. It turned out that it was such a hit every bottle found a new home by way of his patrons pockets and purses- that is, they stole it. Now, that might normally sound like a bad thing; people stealing your product isn't good. In this case though, it was a loud and clear message to Jerry that he had a winner. The "Crazy" part of Crazy Jerry came into existence when he asked his wife if they should start a sauce company. Her reply was a very succinct "You're Crazy." And so, Crazy Jerry's was born. Since then, they have expanded their product line and continue to enjoy success through creating unique and extremely tasty sauces. If liking Jerry's sauces is Crazy, then call everyone at Peppers of Key West a lunatic.
