Poison Pepper Company's Cool Million is 1,000,000 Scoville units of drastic heat with an impressive aluminum tin. Each one is individually numbered and signed. A must for the avid hot sauce collector. Cool Million is not really a sauce, it's more of a food additive. Inside the Cool Million tin is a little bottle of, you guessed it, 1 million Scoville rated hot pepper extract. A single drop added to an entire batch of chili will crank the heat up to a level that most mortals will not be able to handle. Even the most seasoned chiliheads will be humbled by Cool Million.

At Peppers of Key West, we like to have fun with folks who come in to experience a variety of sauces at our free tasting bar. We take them from cool and tangy to really, really hot. Even with that, we only sample sauces that go up to 600,000 scoville units, and most folks can't handle that. It might be called Cool Million, but it's HOT.
