Colorado Chili Cowboy Hot Sauce is another work of art from the folks at Sauce Crafters. They formulated Colorado Chili Cowboy Hot Sauce with the intent of making it a great table sauce for just about anything. We at Peppers of Key West think they did a great job at just that. The story goes that Colorado Chili Cowboy Hot Sauce is the result of the proprietor actually traveling with his father on the "Chili Trail" through parts of the Southwest US, Mexico, and even Guatemala. He brought back an understanding of the finer parts of mixing chiles with various fresh ingredients to produce palette pleasing concoctions of the pepper type. We at Peppers of Key West aren't sure that's what really happened, but it makes a good story and chiliheads know that many times better stories flow from the effects of hot sauce than they do from bartended libations. What we do know is that this is a great sauce for keeping on the table, in the pantry, or next to the grill. Its a very well rounded sauce with Sauce Crafters own mix of chiles that is sure to liven up anything its eaten with or on. Colorado Chili Cowboy Hot Sauce has enough kick to keep the seasoned chilihead happy while not putting the uninitiated into cardiac arrest.
