Chili Pepper Republic Caribbean Mango Guava Magic is a sweet and fruity blend of... you guessed it: mango and guava. in addition you'll find a healthy dose of garlic along with salt, onions, sugar, and of course chiles. This is a really well rounded dry spice that can be used as a rub, added to a marinade base, or even sprinkled over a finished dish to add some Caribbean flair.  One of my favorite things to do with Chili Pepper Republic Caribbean Mango Guava Magic at Peppers of Key West is add it to a salsa base.  That's just tomato, a dash of EVOO, and cilantro mixed up in a food processor. It's a fresh take on an old idea and will leave you wanting more and more and more....
