Out of all the Catch a Fire Garlic products, Catch a Fire Jalapeno Garlic just might be my favorite. I mean, come on! Garlic and hot peppers? Does it get any better? Rarely, my friends, rarely. All of the Catch a Fire garlic products are top notch, but there's just a special place in my heart for almost anything paired with hot peppers.
Jalapenos won't shatter your world view or anything, but that's okay. They are just spicy enough to really bring out the full bodied flavor of the garlic without over powering it or beating it, and you, into a capsaicin strangle hold. You can really use these on anything, but we at Peppers of Key West really love them on Mexican and Southwest fare. If you top some of your home made nachos with these little bad boys, you may have to get up and make another batch in a hurry.
