Bone Lee's Gourmet Hot Sauce is the product of the folks at Hot and Tasty, LLC and they certainly do make a hot and tasty sauce. Centered around the ever so delicious Cayenne Pepper, Bone Lee's Gourmet Hot Sauce come in at a 5 out of 10 on our Peppers of Key West Heat Level Scale, that's pretty dang hot.
Bone Lee's Gourmet Hot Sauce is what I would classify as a more traditional sauce. That's not a bad thing, in fact it's a good thing. I love many of the new sauce concoctions that creative chiliheads come up with, but I do love the simple and powerful traditional sauces too. The main ingredients being Cayenne Peppers and Vinegar, this sauce brings forth the quintessential pure hot sauce flavor that so many of us love. I especially like this sauce on chicken wings slathered with blue cheese or ranch and don't forget to dip your celery sticks into your Bone Lee's too!
