Bacon Hot Sauce, it is what is says. Do you love Bacon? Do you love Hot Sauce? Well, then you're likely to love Bacon Hot Sauce. Seems logical enough, but wait... there's more! I've always wanted to say that. What we have here is a really good hot sauce with the added bonus of the flavor of big juicy strips of bacon. It's not a junky sauce covered up with bacon flavor, no, Bacon Hot Sauce is a really good sauce.
I love bacon, okay I've admitted it. I do, I love it. I love it on my burgers, wrapped around a filet or some cod, in my salads, or just by itself for breakfast. That said, I probably shouldn't be eating as much bacon as I do. Since pretty much every meal I eat has some sort of sauce from Peppers of Key West, I sometimes skip the actual juicy strips of bacon and go for a double whammy of hot sauce and bacon flavor doused on my eggs, burger bun, even salad. It's a good compromise in my book, I still get the flavors I love without the doc telling me to lay off the oinker strips.
