Amazon Habanero Hot Sauce Sauce is made with two types of peppers: Habanero and Tabasco. Most people don't realize that Tabasco is an actual type of pepper, not just the name of a sauce. Amazon Habanero Hot Sauce Sauce is a purists sauce with just peppers, cane vinegar, sea salt, and xantham gum for thickening. We give the "T" sauce a lot of flack here at Peppers of Key West. It's not that it's a bad tasting sauce, it's just that it's so common. We feel that there is an entire world of hot sauce that people never see because they don't make it past the "T" sauce on the shelf of their grocery store.

That said, we have nothing but love for the Tabasco pepper. It's a more mild pepper, but does have a signature flavor that is complimented by the heat of the Habanero. Amazon Habanero Hot Sauce is made in Cartagena, Columbia and brings you the flavor of the Amazon. With so few ingredients, the flavor and heat of the peppers has no where to hide, so you get a full bodied hot sauce that will add some south of the equator flair to your fare.
